  • Important correspondence received into your MyGov account that may be missed will now be emailed to you alerting you of any obligations
  • It will enable us to provide even better service with up to date information
  • It will keep your information secure, automatically redacting your tax file number

Over the coming weeks we will implement the change and be sending ATO correspondence to you using this platform.

For situations where electronic communication is not possible or preferable, we will continue to provide ATO correspondence to you in paper form.
