We are therefore excited to introduce you to ATOmate – an ATO approved innovative ATO document automation solution which we have adopted in our practice.
Some of the benefits to you, are as follows:
- You will receive timely ATO correspondence without postal delay
- Important correspondence received into your MyGov account that may be missed will now be emailed to you alerting you of any obligations
- It will enable us to provide even better service with up to date information
- It will keep your information secure, automatically redacting your tax file number
Over the coming weeks we will implement the change and be sending ATO correspondence to you using this platform.
For situations where electronic communication is not possible or preferable, we will continue to provide ATO correspondence to you in paper form.
